You have four options, ordered in increasing levels of difficulty:

Option 1:
	* Get online and visit http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/docs/
	* Note: the documentation their may be newer, but most things
	  should still apply (documentation changes very little between versions)

Option 2:
	* Open "Internet Explorer".
	* Open "My Computer" and browse to the docs folder
		(that's the directory where this file lives).
	* Drag the documentation file you want to read into the
		"Internet Explorer" window.
	* You should now be able to read the file (if not, try another option).

Option 3:
	* Use a search engine (like Google) and search for "Notepad2"
	* Download and install.
	* Open desired documentation file in "Notepad2"

Option 4:
	* Use a UNIX-like computer to read the docs. The author suggests GNU/Linux.
