Home Page
Welcome

<p>Hello and welcome to my site.
</p>

<h4>What's All This?</h4>
<p>This is the example site that ships with
<a href="http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/">RAM-CMS</a>.
</p>
<p>The webmaster (whom I suspect installed this) should change this
and other pages to suit them.
</p>

<h4>What is RAM-CMS</h4>
<p><a href="http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/">RAM-CMS</a> is an open
source content management system - the title stands for
&quot;Really Amazing Modest Content Management System,&quot; and that
explains this software perfectly - keep everything simple and straightforward
without sacrificing flexibility and features.
</p>

<h4>What Kind of Content Works with RAM-CMS</h4>
<p>Any existing site, be it static web pages, part static and part dynamic,
served from a backend database server, or otherwise, can usually be very
easily be migrated into
<a href="http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/">RAM-CMS</a>.
</p>
<p><a href="http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/">RAM-CMS</a> pages are in
pure HTML, and with modifications to config.php also can be XHTML and/or
BBCode. For more information refer to config.php and the source of the
included pages. To learn more read the text files in the docs sub-directory.
</p>

<h4>Themes</h4>
<p><a href="http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/">RAM-CMS</a> includes several
themes, the one to use is set in config.php. All themes live in the
themes subdirectory.
</p>
<p>Please be advised that the default theme that ships with
<a href="http://www.nongnu.org/ram-cms/">RAM-CMS</a> is the one I use on
my websites, and I would suggest that if you decide to use the default theme
that you change it, even if just slightly.
</p>
<p>Please note that all themes are also open and free for anyone to use.
</p>
